Will I receive a gift every month?
Your monthly subscription is a recurring donation. The offer includes one welcome gift after your first successful qualifying monthly donation. It is not a monthly merchandise subscription.
Can I give without receiving a gift?
Yes. Choose “No gift, thank you” so One4Hope can avoid the cost of producing and shipping your welcome gift.
What does my support help provide?
One4Hope supports families in Gaza through initiatives including clean water, food, shelter, and care for children who have lost parents. Monthly support helps sustain this work as needs change.
Which colors and sizes can I request?
Monthly welcome gifts come in a small selection of classic colors. Enter your color and size in the donation form, for example Black, Large.
- Short-sleeve T-shirt: Black, White or Sport Grey. S–2XL.
- Long-sleeve T-shirt: Black, White or Sport Grey. S–2XL; Black and White also 3XL–5XL.
- Crewneck: Black, White or Sport Grey. S–2XL; Black and White also 3XL; Black also 4XL.
- Quarter-zip fleece: Black, Heather Grey or Midnight Navy. XS–3XL.
- Adjustable hat: Black or White. One size.
- Tote: Natural canvas. One size, 15 × 16 inches.
- Mug: White. Choose 11 oz or 15 oz.
All apparel is unisex. Stock varies; we will contact you if your choice is unavailable. More colors are offered in our shop for separate purchases.
When and where will my gift arrive?
Our team reviews your first successful payment, eligibility, size/color and delivery address before placing your one-time Printify order. Shipping is available in the United States and supported international destinations. Please contact info@one4hope.com before donating if you need confirmation of international delivery. We cannot promise delivery to countries restricted by the supplier or carrier.
Production and transit times vary. International transit can take 10–30 business days after production, with customs or carrier delays possible. We will provide tracking when available. Any destination-specific delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you before fulfillment.
How do I change or cancel my monthly donation?
Your donation repeats monthly until you cancel. Manage your recurring plan through Donorbox or email info@one4hope.com for help. Cancelling stops future recurring donations; contact us separately about any payment already processed.
How does a welcome gift affect my donation receipt?
If you accept a gift, the deductible portion is generally limited by the fair market value of the goods provided, subject to applicable tax rules. Estimated one-time gift values: hat $24.57; short-sleeve shirt $28.99; long-sleeve shirt $32.99; tote $21.99; mug $17.99; crewneck $39.99; fleece $54.99. These gift values do not apply again to each later monthly payment. Contact us for your gift-specific acknowledgment. You can also decline the gift.
